Did you know your managers have super powers when it comes to making training stick? With the time, energy and resources spent on training events, it's essential that skills and knowledge learned in training are transferred to achieve full performance on the job.

Members will leave this session with an understanding of why managers play a key role in the training process and how to best engage with the managers in their organization early and often.
