Assessing talent does not stop after you have made the right hire.  Every day each of us as employees are applying for a future opportunity by the way that we work and show our performance and potential in an organization.

How do you assess the talent of an organization?  Better yet, as a leader in organization development, how do you guide others to create an objective and strategic view of their talent?  Creating an environment where talent pool reviews are common business will be the focus of the session.
