Using Open Space as an OD Tool
Facilitated by Carol Horner, Synchronicity, Inc.
This session will accomplish two things:
1. Review the tenets of Open Space Technology developed by Harrison Owen.
2. Use the Open Space process to explore use of assessments in OD work..
The theme used within this session to facilitate the Open Space tool will be: Using Assessments.
Participants should come to the session with their "learning requests" and/or "knowledge offerings" around the theme of assessments. What do you want to know about assessments and what do you know that you can share about assessments?
Participants will leave with an understanding of the process of Open Space, gain ideas on how to use the process in their OD work, and will learn from their peers about OD tools and assessments.
