        Building Individualized Leadership Plans

 

Jamie Kelly, OPPD

 

 

One size does NOT fit all! We need to start thinking of better approaches for leadership development, to engage our new leaders by meeting them where they're at and filling in the gaps.

 

In this session Jamie will overview the New Leader Coaching Plan used at OPPD. This individualized coaching plan is developed for each new supervisor or manager to guide their onboarding for their first year in their new role.

 

Prepare to leave this session energized by a new way of thinking about leadership development and  understanding why individualized plans are important.

 

Jamie Kelly is an OD Consultant and Coach with over 14 years experience in coaching, organizational development, and facilitation. Jamie links labels to living for teams and individuals, helping them maximize their strengths to bring life and energy to their work and improve their performance.

 

Jamie has her M.S. in Organizational Performance and is certified as an Emergenetics Associate, a Gallup Strengths Performance Coach, and a Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). Her specialties include Strengths and Emergenetic coaching, cognitive diversity, employee engagement, organization development, performance consulting, team building, management and leadership development, and structured OD interventions.
