Are you new to the field of OD and curious about the types of situations an OD practitioner might encounter? Or are you an experienced OD practitioner looking to engage in dialogue with a fellow OD colleague about OD-related challenges and solutions in organizations?


Either way, this session is for you.

This program will provide you with an opportunity to hear useful and relevant experiences from a panel of three senior OD practitioners. They'll share a key OD experience in their career, what it was like and what they learned. Then, in table conversations, you'll have a chance to explore your own experiences and ask questions of the panel and the entire group. You'll leave having shared experiences and gain practical insights and confidence you can use in your OD role.


Carol Horner is President of Synchronicity, Inc.   (www.beinsynch.com) She works with companies and organizations that want their employees, teams, and leaders to "be in synch" and make impact. 


She has worked extensively in designing and implementing projects that engage learners, challenge mindsets, develop productive relationships, and build insight. Carol affects positive and productive changes in people's attitudes, behaviors, and relationships and creates a direct connection between the vision, values and strategies of a company and the day to day activities of their people. Her clients have included international companies such as Biocor and Shell; local businesses like Cox Communications and OPPD; as well as non-profit organizations like Children’s Square USA and the American Red Cross. 


Laura Roccaforte, M.Ed, SPHR is President of The Learning Exchange. Laura is a leadership development expert and organizational development consultant, who works with leadership teams who want to move their organization forward, and individuals who want to realize their potential. She has 30 years experience in a variety of industries, including health care, hospitality, telecommunications, direct marketing, e-commerce and financial services. Laura is also faculty for the Institute of Career Advancement Needs (ICAN).

Dan Weber, CEO / Executive Coach of Peak Pathways, L.L.C., (peakpathways.com) coaches executives and teams to successfully manage personal, career and business transitions to achieve their desired goals.  Dan has extensive business management experience in the energy industry, international trade, manufacturing, and technology services.  Following successful roles in corporate tax, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, operations and finance Dan started Peak Pathways in 2003 to do the work he enjoys the most - helping people to grow and develop to fulfill their potential.
