We all have a “difficult conversation” we know we should be having. Why don’t we have them? What makes them so darn difficult? And, more to the point, what should we do

about it? In this presentation, you will learn a tool to help you determine

exactly why each difficult conversation is so difficult for you, as well as how to

shift your mindset so it is easier to have (and might actually be productive!).

Then we will look at specific mindsets that empower people when we are

relating to them and a step-by-step framework to help you navigate your next

difficult conversation. You’ll walk away empowered to have that conversation

and feel good having it!

Participants will feel empowered to be their best selves in difficult conversations. They

will know why these conversations matter so much to them and how to

navigate the complexity of them. In short, it’ll be easier and more satisfying

to have difficult conversations.
