T.R.U.S.T.ing The Power of Your Brain

Facilitated by Ryan W. Bouda - LEAP Training & Coaching

Research has proven that conversations are no longer just a way of sharing information. They are the foundation for building trust, creating relationships and improving culture. More importantly, they trigger changes in our neurochemistry that uncover the true power of our brain. In this session, we will discuss the negative influence of the Brain’s Fear Center, the power of our Executive Brain, and the Best Practice for shifting to a place of Trust. It is time to begin connecting, engaging, navigating, and growing with others!

Members will be aware of the influence of their survival brain and how it affects their conversations.  Members will have an understanding of the neurochemistry of healthy conversations.  Members will be able to shift to their Executive Brain using the five steps for building trust.
