As OD and L&D consultants, we are typically the ones teaching, facilitating and coaching leaders through the components and behaviors of emotional intelligence. In order to be more effective at teaching emotional intelligence, we have to take time out to work on our own issues when it comes to emotional intelligence. In this session we will look at some issues we face as consultants that may pose challenges to managing our own emotional intelligence and share ideas on managing through those challenges.
Terry is currently the Senior Leadership Development & Learning Consultant for Securities America Inc, OD Omaha board president and independent speaker and coach.
Terry's mission is ministering to the progress, potential and possibilities of people and organizations.
His primary work is centered around identifying, developing and delivering training and organizational development initiatives for leadership development, employee development and organization effectiveness.
Terry has an M.A. in Managerial Communication from Bellevue University and is a certified Executive Coach through Kaplan University. He continues to build professional experience through outside speaking and coaching opportunities.
