 Employee Retention:

the Right MindSets

~ facilitated by Dr. Kim Hoogeveen

MindSet was developed to help leaders be better able to attract, build, retain, and motivate great employees; this session will focus on the key objective of retention.  Dr. Hoogeveen will share some of the current data trends MindSet is seeing in its Culture Survey instrument that are associated with motivation and retention.  He will also discuss several specific insights and techniques used by outstanding leaders to enhance employee retention – including techniques to engender pride, address conflict, enhance the personal growth of staff members, and protect high standards that include clear attitudinal and behavioral expectations.

Members will enhance their knowledge of common threats to employee retention, and learn steps that can be taken to mitigate the risk of losing outstanding employees.
