Moving Personal Development Forward:  Don't stop after development assessments (move professional development forward with personal development plans)

~ facilitated by Jamie Kelly and Carol Horner

This program will be a sharing of different development approaches with utilizing select assessments such as Emergenetics®, StrengthsFinder®, DiSC®, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® to help understand more about themselves and others.  Ongoing action planning, follow-up and follow-through based on these results with individual coaching, team building, interview coaching and pre-retirment coaching  is critical to keeping the learning alive.

Participants with leave understanding the value of moving beyond the awareness and acceptance of these developmental tools to the stage where they appreciate and apply what they have learned about themselves for continued growth and development along with learning multiple ways in creating follow-up and follow-through.
