Key Ingredients to your Strategic Planning Recipe

Facilitated by Alex Garcia, Leadership Resources

Strategic planning can often feel like an overwhelming and arduous process! What can often help is reviewing your process to ensure you have the “key ingredients” that will bring your own special flavor to your “planning recipe”. It would be easy if there was a right way and a wrong way to doing strategic planning – we would all do it the right way.
The challenge is there are many right ways to achieve your strategic initiatives, but finding the right way for you and your organization is the trick. As with our favorite recipes, there are fundamental ingredients everyone uses, but it’s by adding our own unique spices and variations that makes our final product special. This presentation will share some foundational elements of strategic planning but will also provide insights
into other important factors you should be considering as part of your strategic planning
efforts.

After this presentation you will be armed with the ability to self-assess your
organization’s strategic planning process so you can identify what key ingredients you might be missing. You will also walk away feeling like a premier sous-chef, eagerly prepared to support your executive chefs in executing the finest strategic planning meal your organization will love to devour!
