Our program will revolve around the ever-changing atmosphere of available candidates and how Farm Credit has utilized Candidate Personas to frame the future of hiring during the current environment of candidate scarcity. Also, how Farm Credit is preparing to continue to advance Talent Acquisition practices to ensure a robust and available workforce for the future.
Participants will leave the presentation knowing the state of the current candidate market and resources that may be utilized to attract top talent into their organizations. They will feel equipped to utilize candidate personas as a tool to expand their organization's external talent acquisition functionality and internal talent mobility.
PERNELL: Pernell Toney is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Farm Credit Services of America in Omaha, Nebraska. With over 15 years of leadership and recruiting experience across a broad range of disciplines, Pernell is known for developing progressive and innovative recruiting strategies that leverage best practices to move an organization to the next level.
At Farm Credit Services of America, Pernell has led several HR initiatives that involve talent acquisition, performance management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HRIS systems management that support over 1800 employees.
In addition to his role in HR, Pernell also is part of the DEI leadership team at FCSAmerica where he has worked to transform policies and practices to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion. Pernell has earned certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional and also serves on the Board of Directors and Chair of the HR Committee at the Urban League of Nebraska.
ASHLEY: Ashley Lovell is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Farm Credit Services of America in Omaha, Nebraska. With over 14 years of experience in leadership and staffing she brings a high desire for growth and organizational and talent development. After spending several years in external talent recruitment and more recent years developing new business, promoting talent mobility, and developing emerging leaders she brings with her a varied experience of sales and talent leadership.
Prior to Farm Credit Ashley spent several years in the Healthcare Staffing sector and developed a passion and commitment for quality both in performance and hiring. She has assisted in the development of an organizational mentorship program and has served on several leadership and integration committees. Ashley is known for her innovative and personal approach to talent management and believes all things are possible with a clear vision and a desire for constant progress.
