Kelly Cranor has 19 years in the transportation industry at a Fortune 150 company with 15 years in Human Resources. She has held a number of roles in Human Resources in the areas of benefits, shared services, compensation, learning and development, technology and most recently organization development. Kelly takes pride in being an advisor to the many stakeholders that she serves throughout the organization. And has a passion for creating “Moments that Matter” in the employee experience. Before life at Union Pacific Railroad, Kelly was a mutual fund sales coordinator at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. (now Wells Fargo Advisors). In her personal time, she loves to run, camp, hike and spend time with her two rescue hounds (Linguine and Zucchini).
