Leadership Energy - Accessing Your Full Potential as a Leader
Facilitated by Amy Fauth, OneStep Coaching & Consulting, LLC
When we hear the term “leadership,” we often think of CEOs, managers, or other influential people. But becoming a leader doesn’t require a specific job title. In theory, we’re all leaders, every day, in every area of our lives. That means that no matter who you are or what you do, you have the opportunity to lead when interacting with another person.
This is where the power of Energy Leadership lies—each of us has the power to identify and shift our own energies to better serve and lead—right from where we are. The Energy Leadership assessment & coaching tools are utilized by companies such as Boeing, IKEA, and the U.S. Coast Guard as well as by tens of thousands of individuals. Energy Leadership is used to transform culture and facilitate change.
In this session you will learn about the seven levels of Energy Leadership, the advantages and disadvantages of each and how you can identify where you or your organization is and determine if you need to shift.
Members will participate in self-reflection activities and walk away with increased self-awareness and knowledge of energy leadership. Key concepts for leading yourself and working with others will be shared during the program.
