Spiral of Accountability

Over the last few years several of my clients have approached me with a problem that they struggled to define; they just knew their teams had an issue that was preventing them from being successful. Synthesizing several theories and models while integrating my own first-hand experience with hundreds of teams during my 30+ years in the talent development field, I created the Spiral of Accountability™. The Spiral is a tool to for us to use in our OD work with individuals, teams, leaders and organizations. It is designed to help define and describe the dynamic of accountability, especially shared accountability.
Members will have an understanding of the Spiral of Accountability and define for themselves how it may bring value to their OD toolbox.
