The theme of the 2019 Conference was “Agility and Resilience.” The world we live in is undergoing rapid transformation. Leaders are compelled to continuously change both strategy and operations to stay competitive. The 2019 conference invited practitioners, academicians, and students to explore how the intersection of organizational agility and agile teams can build resilience in the face of increasing complexity. During this session, we will explore the how we as OD professionals can help to advance the understanding of how to navigate this complexity to achieve agility and resilience.

Dan Williams serves as the Treasurer for ODN and has served as a board member since 2016. He is the Talent and Organization Development Manager for Oriental Trading Company where he has worked on the OD Team since 2012.
