Unique Perspectives on Performance Reviews ~ facilitated by Robin Fredieu, Centris Federal Credit Union, Dan Williams, Oriental Trading Company, & Jamie Hunt, Gallup

Almost all organizations utilize some form of formal performance appraisal process.  In many cases, that process leaves both the leader and the employee feeling unsatisfied or disappointed.  The typical formal process puts a lot of pressure on one interaction, one feedback session, and one person’s perspective.  What if there was another way?  What if we could use performance appraisals as an opportunity to enhance future performance instead of picking apart past performance?

February’s meeting will look at a different way to handle performance appraisals to make them beneficial to the leader and the employee.  Join us as members from Oriental Trading, Gallup and Centris Federal Credit Union provide insights on unique ways to handle performance appraisals.
